Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Sedona Bear Lodge, we value a simple and respectful exchange with our guests. As a small property with limited availability, we ask that reservations be made with reasonably firm plans.
Standard Reservations
• A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation
• Payment is typically settled at check-out
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: no charge (a $25 administrative fee applies)
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: one night may be charged
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full reservation amount
Extended Stays, Multiple Rooms & Retreats
For reservations that significantly impact availability, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. This includes:
• Stays of 3 or more nights
• Bookings of 2 or more rooms
• Retreats, group bookings, or special events
• Select peak season reservations
Deposit & Cancellation Terms for These Reservations
• Deposit details will be shared separately after your reservation request is received
• Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit arrangement is completed
• Cancellation terms will vary depending on the nature of the reservation and will be clearly communicated at that time

• We may pre-authorize your card prior to arrival
• Policies may vary slightly depending on the reservation
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer flexibility or a credit toward a future stay, especially for returning guests or unforeseen circumstances.
